Who We Are

 Phil Garwood

Phil has distinguished himself a volunteer and leader in the community for over 20 years. Some of his accomplishments include 8 years as a valued member of the recreation advisory committee, 4 of those as chairman, actively participated in the town’s annual Christmas parade, and coaching his three daughters in soccer and field hockey. When not working to better his town, Phil is Clinical Perfusionist at Lankenau Medical Center. Phil along with his wife Laura are long time residents of the Collins Park section of Moorestown.

 Victoria Napolitano

Victoria and her husband chose Moorestown as the place to start their family for its strong community values, great schools and historical charm. With a masters degree in education from Drexel, Victoria is the only candidate running for town council who has stood at the front of a classroom, and brings her passion for educating our children to the ticket. Victoria has a strong desire to keep taxes as low as possible, allowing more families to live and grow in Moorestown. As a software instructor at a local company, she hopes to use her tech savvy to help bring Moorestown’s infrastructure solidly into the 21st century. Victoria is a member of the Historical Society of Moorestown and is a parishioner at Our Lady of Good Counsel. Victoria resides with her husband in the Lenola section of Moorestown.
